An annual event hosted by an APVMA member
pre-vet club and their corresponding veterinary school.
It brings members representing clubs from across the
country together for a weekend of veterinary-related
interaction, learning, and recreation. At the symposium,
the hosting veterinary school provides lectures and
wet-labs by their own veterinary staff as well as field
trips to animal-related activities in their community.
Registration forms for the event are traditionally mailed out at the end
of August/beginning of September to pre-veterinary clubs on our current mailing
list (Click here for a list of the 2002-2003
mailing list schools).
